About Jennifer

Students coming to Jenn’s classes can expect to be welcomed into a fun and playful space to explore the body and the joy of movement. Classes are alignment and pranayama-centered, where the breath is used as a guide to observe the amount of effort exerted in a pose. Students will learn to listen intently to the body and choose which options best suit their practice, creating a sustainable way to build strength and move towards advanced asanas. Multiple variations of poses are given to help advanced practitioners and beginners alike to meet their “edge”, build body-awareness, and cultivate a strong and steady yoga practice

Classes begin with a dose of yoga philosophy, which guides the physical practice and encourages students to take the teachings of yoga off the mat to live healthier, happier lives. Students will engage in a challenging and active sequence, followed by a restorative end to class, providing an opportunity to marry the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of the practice (read: deliciously long relaxation period and savasana).

When not yoga-ing, you can find Jenn exploring Ontario, and the many surrounding forests of the GTA. She is happiest jumping thorough snowbanks in the wintertime, and observing the changing of the seasons in nature. Find out more about her at
