About Erin

  1. Why do I love yoga? Yoga simply allows me to be fully & wholeheartedly in complete presence.
  2. My breakthrough moment I had only been practicing yoga for 9mths & the day my dad passed away I was drawn to attend a yoga class. I literally was shaking inside & out through the whole class. I wanted to bail, but I STAYED! I knew then yoga would become my life long journey to Self.
  3. Why do I love to teach? I could go on here for pages, but I will keep it short & sweet. I love to share what has helped & inspired me to allow my students to release & flourish on & off the mat. I love the connections that I make while teaching yoga they have so much depth.
  4. What can students expect to take away from your class? Feeling a sense of balance with greater expansion of awareness. A renewed connection to serenity, inspiration & Inner Strength.
