Come join Chantal for Intro to Yoga.

This class introduces students to the very basics of an active yoga practice that includes increasing bodily awareness, ranges of motion, balance, strength, stamina, as well as flexibility. Moving mindfully and slowly through a range of poses, using safe alignment and transitions, modifications, and connecting to the breath will be emphasized.
