Come join Rachel for Gentle Flow & Restore.
A class that brings together the best of the physical yoga practice and soothing relaxation. The first part of class will bring awareness to the body by flowing slowly and intentionally, holding poses with a focus on alignment and cultivating strength. The class will end with gentle restorative poses, where students will melt into supportive props and experience the calming of the nervous system. This class balances the needs to strength and stabilize, as well as release, relax, let go, and dive into a state of meditation.
All levels welcome – beginners and advanced students alike will benefit from this slow and steady flow.
