Come join Shawna for Ahimsa L1.

An active, beginner-friendly Ahimsa class which builds depth in one’s practice as well as heat! In addition to a physically active and challenging practice, each class may present the opportunity to refine one’s alignment in postures, explore variations on the Ahimsa sequence, integrate the philosophy of yoga into the physical practice, or expand ones experience of yoga in any number of exciting and inspiring ways.
