Yoga & Movement

Yoga class.
A fusion of Vinyasa-flow practice and functional movement exercises. Includes work both on and off the mat, as well as work with partners (although not in “partner yoga” or “acro-yoga” style).

Progressions and variations will be offered to make this accessible to movers of all levels and ranges of experience.

A great way to expand ones movement practice beyond the typical spectrum of a yoga class!
