“mindful arrangement” – Vinyasa practice is based on the principle of aligning breath with movement, flowing through a range of varying yoga exercises and postures. Each of our fantastic and experienced teachers will have their own unique approach to leading these classes. An excellent option for students looking for greater variety, exploration and experimentation within Asana practice. The classes can be fairly vigorous, so it is recommended that newer students first establish a base in the Beginner, Ahimsa Level 1, and Ahimsa Hatha classes.
