Yoga class.
Come out for a night of chant in community. Kirtan is the practice of call and response chanting. With the rhythm and repetition of the mantras we get out of our busy minds and into the moment. It is a unique opportunity to use your voice, or to simply listen and be in a peaceful space. No experience necessary!
