Yoga class.
This Core Strength class will be a full body workout. It combines Pilates alignments, functional strength training, hints of cardio, and of course yoga flows and savasana. If you want to build up your body’s strength and mobility whilst listening to groovy tunes, this class is for you! All levels welcome to the challenge.
