Previously called “Foundations”, this class is intended for new students, as well as experienced students who wish to review the basics. This beginner-friendly, progressive series moves at a slower pace and covers the key aspects of a yoga practice; alignment in poses (asanas), safe transitions, movement of the breath, and awareness in the mind – improving stamina, range of motion, circulation and well-being.
