Yoga 101

Yoga101 is a 4-week, pre-registered series designed specifically for first time yogis.

You will learn the fundamentals of yoga practice including sun salutations, breathing techniques, and standing and seated poses. Special attention will be given to safety, proper alignment and creating the practice that is right for you.

This fun and engaging series is structured to provide plenty of opportunities for questions and one-on-one guidance.

Yoga 101 is designed for absolute beginners but students wishing to brush up on the basics are also welcome to join us!
