Exploring the building blocks of human Movement
The building blocks of movement begin in the womb, by the time we are 13 months the most primal reflexes are fully developed.
This workshop will is an exploration of these developmental stages, from fetal position to walking and everything in between.
Re-visiting these primal movements can have a deep healing effect on the nervous system, improving co ordination and releasing deeply held tensions.
