Beginner Ahimsa

A one-hour class focussed on establishing a strong foundation in the practice of Ahimsa Yoga. Each class is a unique exploration of one or two key principles for developing a safe, intelligent, and satisfying yoga practice. Conscious alignment in poses, proper breathing techniques, appropriate approaches for deepening postures safely, and concepts from yoga philosophy are examples of possible daily themes. Beginner friendly, but useful and intended for all practitioners looking to grow their practice.
